Occam's Razor...Blah
I think that every seemingly inexplicable event can be explained by scientific thought. We just may not understand the science yet. This does not preclude the idea that extraterrestrial influences may be the cause of the phenomena. Occam's Razor is for lazy theorists.If I give you a sequence of numbers 1 2 3 _ and give you no other information, then ask you what is the 4th number in that sequence, Occam's Razor says the answer is 4. Occam's razor has given an answer that fits, but the answer is not the only correct one. The answer can also be 5 or 6 and the reasoning is just as valid as that of Occam's Razor.
Occam's Razor's answer is to count: 1 2 3 4 (the simplest)
The Fibbonacci sequence: 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 (each equals the sum of the preceding two numbers)
One can also simply add all preceding numbers: 1 2 3 6 12
What does all this imply? It implies that no answer can be considered final until all imformation has been saught and examined and no answer can be assumed just because it's the simplest.
